“Starting Point” is a unique program designed to provide newcomers and long-timers with the opportunity to experience Unitarian Universalism rather than just hearing about it. It is comprised of two sessions, each two hours long, and includes prep-work and resources. Session one focuses on our personal spiritual journeys and the historical journey of Unitarian Universalism and UUCDC. Session two moves into the shared journey that we travel together which includes listening to one’s deepest self, opening to life’s gifts, and serving needs greater than our own.

The sessions will be held on Saturday, March 2 and March 16 from 9:30-11:30 am. A continental breakfast will be available beginning at 9:00 am. Attendance at both sessions is required.

Registration deadline is February 23.

Whether you are a visitor, friend, new or experienced member of UUCDC, you are welcome to travel this journey with us. Please contact the program’s facilitator, Mark Bernstein, newcomers@uucdc.org with any questions.
